OPINION

BOOCHEVER, Justice.

On December 24, 1979, the superior court ordered A. Fred Miller, a professional corporation (hereinafter Miller) to turn over to Attorney Noel McMurtray the files of the Estate of Carl F. Paul and of Mary Paul, as personal representative of the Estate. The court found that the interests of Miller in being paid attorney's fees were adequately protected by an attorney's lien on any judgment
