PER CURIAM.

Defendant Robert Neal Green was charged by bill of information with aggravated burglary, La.R.S. 14:60, and attempted aggravated rape, La.R.S. 14:27 (14:42). The two counts were jointly tried to a twelve person jury, which on December 4, 1979, found defendant guilty as charged. Thereafter, the trial court sentenced him to serve thirty-five years at hard labor without benefit of parole for the attempted rape and ten years at hard labor for the burglary...
