Patten (Patten), appeal a judgment enjoining B & B from constructing a sign upon the property leased by it from Patten and rejecting the demands of B & B and Patten for damages which they allegedly sustained by virtue of the issuance of the TRO and permanent injunction prohibiting the erection of the sign.
