Appellant was indicted for the offense of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. V.T. C.A., Penal Code, § 31.07 (1974), a felony of the third degree. He pleaded not guilty but the jury found him to be guilty. The indictment also contained two enhancement paragraphs and, upon the punishment hearing, the appellant pleaded "not true" to such paragraphs. The jury found the enhancement paragraphs to be true and the Court sentenced...
