Defendant was charged by bill of information with disturbing the peace by being intoxicated in violation of R.S. 14:103A(3) and with resisting an officer in violation of R.S. 14:108. Following a bench trial, defendant was acquitted of disturbing the peace but was found guilty of resisting an officer. For the latter offense, he was fined $150.
