WATSON, Justice.*

Defendant, Lionel Perkins, Jr., was convicted by a jury of two counts of forgery, and was sentenced to ten years imprisonment. Both conviction and sentence were affirmed per curiam on November 29, 1979. A rehearing was granted to consider whether Perkins was properly convicted of two counts of forgery and whether the sentence imposed is excessive.
