Defendant Noel Roberts appeals his convictions for armed robbery and display of a firearm during the commission of the robbery entered pursuant to his plea of no contest with a reservation of his right to appeal the court's denial of his motion to suppress. He contends the evidence failed to prove he voluntarily consented to the search by an officer who stopped his car in response to a BOLO (be on the lookout) for two males with a stolen credit card...
