Appellee Barbara C. Sawyer was allegedly injured on August 9, 1974, while employed by Equity Resources Corporation, now known as Bancinsurance Corporation. On the date of the injury, the employer was amenable to the provisions of the Ohio Workers' Compensation Act, but had failed to comply with the Act.
