Plaintiff filed this suit, for total and permanent disability benefits under the Louisiana Workmen's Compensation Act, against his employer and its compensation insurer. Defendants answered in the form of a general denial and filed an exception of prescription. Counsel for all litigants voluntarily submitted the exception for adjudication on memoranda filed by them.
