Plaintiffs, Wendell E. Tanner, Thomas A. Lussen and L. H. Olivier, have appealed from a judgment which dismissed their suit against Joseph E. Champagne to annul a previous judgment against Champagne, dismissing his earlier suit against Travelers Insurance Company as of non-suit and without prejudice.
