(RJ&A), a brokerage firm, and Ronald Thatcher, defendants below, seek review by interlocutory appeal of the trial court's order refusing to compel arbitration pursuant to the brokerage agreement between RJ&A and appellees/plaintiffs Vallery and Ethel Maves. We reverse.
