OPINION

CLINTON, Judge.

Appellant was found guilty of burglary in that he intentionally or knowingly entered a building not open to the public without the effective consent of the owner thereof, and did commit the felony offense of criminal mischief by damaging an automobile in an amount of pecuniary loss of over $200.00 but under $10,000.00. Upon a finding that he had been previously convicted of a felony the jury assessed his punishment at 18 years' confinement...
