Kenneth Maurice Wilson is presently incarcerated by reason of convictions of criminal offenses attained at two trials in the Criminal Court of Baltimore, Baylor, J., presiding. At the first trial he was found guilty by the court sitting without a jury of the rape and robbery of Lula Mae Vicks.
