This is a breach of contract case. Appellee (plaintiff), R. H. Ingham, d/b/a Ingham Associates (Ingham), brought suit against appellant (defendant), Keystone International, Inc., d/b/a Systems Engineering and Manufacturing Company (SEMCO), alleging that SEMCO breached a contract between the parties of which there was a memorandum in writing, for the payment of a sales commission.
