Writ denied. A person held in contempt for failure to obey an order may be imprisoned until he performs an act which is yet within his power to perform. C.Cr.P. Art. 25. Relator was ordered to either call witnesses for a preliminary hearing or apply for a supervisory writ on the question of the validity of the judge's order. Either act is yet within relator's power to perform.
