No. 64921.

373 So.2d 545 (1979)

Ernest TURNER v. Lafourche Parish Sheriff Duffy BREAUX.

Supreme Court of Louisiana.

July 2, 1979.

Writ denied. The petitioner has already served the term of the sentence imposed as a result of the uncounseled guilty plea, so he is not entitled to relief under Argersinger v. Hamlin, 407 U.S. 25, 92 S.Ct. 2006, 32 L.Ed.2d 530 (1972). The trial court has indicated that it will not allow this conviction to be used as the basis for revocation of the petitioner's probation.
