This is a tort suit brought pursuant to the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C. Sec. 511 et seq. Plaintiff, Ronney L. Broussard, a railroad brakeman, brought suit against defendant, Missouri Pacific Railroad Company, his employer, contending defendant knowingly caused plaintiff to work while he was seriously ill.
