Defendant was charged by information with two counts of possession for sale of phencyclidine, a restricted dangerous drug. (Health & Saf. Code, § 11378.) The incidents were unconnected, and occurred on June 11, 1976 (count I), and January 22, 1977 (count II). Defendant pleaded not guilty to both charges, and filed a timely motion to suppress the evidence on count...
