The appellant, Mrs. Fulka, was the plaintiff below in an action against the defendant-appellee bank for the conversion of two checks of which she was the named payee. Her case was based upon the bank's payment of the checks upon allegedly forged indorsements. In granting the defendant's motion for involuntary dismissal under Fla.
