PER CURIAM.

Appellant Bobby Gilbert Baucom appeals from a judgment entered in the District Court1 for the Eastern District of Arkansas upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a), 846. Appellant was sentenced to a term of three years imprisonment and a special parole term of three years.
