This is an appeal from the order of the Bourbon Circuit Court compelling appellant Phyllis Becker to convey to her former husband, appellee Marion Becker, a 60% interest in a house and lot in Odessa, Florida, pursuant to the final decree of dissolution of their marriage. The only question on appeal is whether a Kentucky court, by virtue of its in personam jurisdiction, has the power to compel a party to a divorce proceeding before it to convey real property...
