This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of defendant-respondent in an action brought by plaintiffs-appellants Smiths seeking the recovery of payments made under a real estate contract, together with additional damages on the basis that defendant-respondent King fraudulently induced the Smiths to purchase certain real business property.
