On June 6, 1977, defendant James Watroba was convicted by a jury of breaking and entering an occupied dwelling with intent to commit larceny, MCL 750.110; MSA 28.305. After reviewing defendant's prior history and record, the trial judge imposed a sentence of 6 to 15 years imprisonment.
