The appellant husband appeals a final judgment of dissolution of marriage, attacking the awards of alimony and the disposition of property.

The parties were married for 16 years and had two children, ages 13 and 8. They own two major pieces of property; one is an apartment complex with an equity of $50,000.00, the other is a Coral Gables home with an equity of $67,000.00.
