This is an appeal by a juvenile from an order transferring his case from the Juvenile Court of St. Clair County to the Circuit Court for criminal prosecution as an adult. A record of the proceedings having been made in the Juvenile Court, the appeal is properly before us under Rule 28(A)(1), ARJP. Walker v. State, 365 So.2d 668 (Ala. 1978).
