This appeal presents for review the correctness of the trial court's determination that neither the Ouachita Parish School Board nor the Ouachita Parish Police Jury was guilty of any negligence which was a proximate cause of the death of plaintiff's seven-year-old son, who was struck by a motorist while attempting to cross Berg Jones Lane on his way to Swayze Elementary School.
