JAMES, Justice.

This is an appeal by the plaintiff from an instructed verdict in favor of defendant. We reverse and remand.

Plaintiff-Appellant John D. Rowe brought this suit against Defendant-Appellee J. Gordon S. Harris based upon a written construction contract, alleging that Harris had breached said written contract to Plaintiff Rowe's damage in the amount of $6479.77; and in the alternative that Harris was liable to Rowe under Sections...
