This is a case involving recovery of damages for injuries caused by the collapse of a metal railing.

Richard Boudoin, appellee, filed suit to recover damages on behalf of his 13 year old son, Willis, whose arm was cut when a metal railing collapsed outside Schwegmann Bros. Giant Supermarket, appellant in this action. Schwegmann then brought a third-party demand against Anthony's Air Conditioning, Inc., which had repaired its railings four days...
