This is a products liability action brought by plaintiff, Mark Powers, for injuries received while operating a dough mixer manufactured by Century Machine Company, against Baker-Perkins, Inc., purchaser of Century Machine Company. Defendant's motion for summary judgment was granted by the trial court and plaintiff appeals as of right.
