The defendants appeal from a judgment of the Extraordinary Special and Trial Term of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered October 27, 1978, convicting them, after trial before ROSENBERGER, J., and a jury, of bribe receiving in the second degree (Penal Law, § 200.10) and sentencing each to an indeterminate term not to exceed four years.
