Following a jury verdict of guilty on all counts charged, appellant was sentenced for felony-murder (kidnapping), felony-murder (rape), felony-murder (robbery), premeditated murder while armed, armed kidnapping, armed rape, armed robbery, grand larceny, unauthorized use of a vehicle, and carrying a pistol without a license.1 We reverse, for insufficient evidence, the convictions for kidnapping, for felony-murder...
