This case is an appeal from a judgment entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County granting title to certain property to the defendants, K.Y.S., Inc., and John Sanders, and holding that plaintiffs, the Thomases, and the third-party complainant, the city of Sandusky, have no right, claim or title to said property.
