Plaintiffs, owners and operators of dinner theatres, stock theatres and musical playhouses, filed this action in June, 1976 charging defendant Tams-Witmark Music Library, Inc. [hereinafter referred to as "Tams-Witmark"] with violations of the antitrust laws.
