This action was brought by the United States pursuant to 33 U.S.C. §§ 1311, 1319, and 1344. The plaintiff, through its Corps of Engineers, seeks an order restraining the defendants from further filling activities in and around the Aberjona River, its tributaries, lakes and ponds, and wetlands adjacent to those water bodies in the area of the Industri-Plex Park in Woburn, Massachusetts...
