OPINION

LARSEN, Justice.

Following a jury trial, in July of 1975, the appellant, Joseph Lewis, was convicted of five separate counts of murder of the first degree. Post verdict motions were denied and appellant was sentenced to five concurrent terms of life imprisonment. This direct appeal followed.
