This is an appeal from an order which in part denied the defendant's motion for summary judgment on the plaintiff's claim seeking damages for alleged intentional infliction of emotional distress. We affirm. The defendant also appeals from an order denying her motion to compel the plaintiff to answer certain questions objected to in the course of a deposition.
