The appellant, along with five other defendants, was indicted for aggravated bank robbery under § 2113(a) and (d) and § 2 (aiding and abetting), 18 U.S.C. All six defendants were properly arraigned and pled not guilty. Later all defendants again appeared at a hearing on pretrial motions.
