Plaintiffs are the guardian ad litem and the personal representative of three children, two of whom were injured and one of whom was killed in a single-car accident involving a vehicle driven by their mother. The mother was also killed in the accident, and the plaintiffs sued her estate for personal injuries and wrongful death.
