Plaintiff appeals the February 14, 1978, order denying its motion to amend its complaint and granting accelerated judgment for all defendants.

On December 1, 1974, defendant Jacob Beitner, employee of plaintiff Drapefair, Inc., sustained an injury while visiting Irving's Original Restaurant & Deli. Defendant Great Scott Supermarkets operated a retail food store near Irving's. Defendants Congress Management and R.R.G.S. Management were owners...
