PER CURIAM.

Defendant Dennis L. Roberts was convicted by a jury on fifty counts of mail fraud on May 25, 1977. Roberts' conviction was based on a scheme whereby he obtained $1.7 million in prepayments for digital watches and calculators which he never intended to deliver. On July 15, 1977, Roberts was sentenced to five years imprisonment on each of Counts 1 through 48 to run concurrently. He also was fined $1,000 on each count.
