SUGG, Justice, for the Court:

Arthur White was convicted of kidnapping and sentenced to life imprisonment by the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County. The only assignment of error is that defendant should have been sentenced under section 97-3-51 Mississippi Code Annotated (1972) instead of section 97-3-53 Mississippi Code Annotated (Supp. 1978).
