Plaintiffs in these two actions are bound together by substantially the same ownership and by common business interests. Each is engaged in the manufacture of knitted fabrics. Defendants are, likewise, sister corporations which, prior to their liquidation, were engaged in the business of bonding and laminating fabrics for manufacturers.
