This is a suit for a preliminary and a permanent injunction against defendant from violating plaintiff's comprehensive zoning ordinance. Plaintiff alleged that the property was zoned RR-1, single family residential, and that defendant placed two temporary portable buildings on the property and was utilizing the buildings for classroom purposes in violation of the ordinance.
