Plaintiffs1 have brought this civil action, based on diversity of citizenship, against the defendants2 seeking to recover damages for injuries they allegedly sustained when an automobile driven in an allegedly negligent manner by Elise M. Rizak collided with plaintiffs' automobile in Newark, Delaware, on July 7, 1976.
