This is an appeal by the State from an order of the trial court granting defendant's motion to suppress evidence seized by police officers at the time of the defendant's arrest.1 The point involved is whether an individual may be legally arrested for carrying a concealed firearm when the officers actually see a portion of the firearm prior to the arrest.
