Plaintiffs have appealed from a judgment maintaining exceptions of prescription filed by both defendants and dismissing their suit. They instituted these proceedings with a "Petition for Damages & Attorney's Fees on Account of Fraud & Badness of Workmanship" and made the following pertinent allegations:
