In this case a private voluntary organization expelled one of its members for ethical misconduct, but the expulsion was subsequently reversed by its parent body. The question presented is whether the constituent organization can obtain judicial review of the adjudicatory decision by its parent when the latter assertedly failed to comply with its own bylaws.
