The defendant-appellant, Thomas Koontz, was indicted for a violation of R. C. 2909.02(A)(2) in that he "* * * did by means of fire knowingly cause physical harm to an occupied structure, to wit: the Ohio Motor Hotel, 609 W. Washington St., Sandusky, Ohio, in violation of the Ohio Revised Code * * * Section 2909.02 * * *."
