This matter is before the court on plaintiff's resisted April 28, 1978 motion to dismiss defendants Gorman, Poole and Talarico's counterclaim. Granted.

On August 1, 1977, plaintiff (IBP) filed its amended complaint against Gorman, Poole, and Talarico, as officers and representatives of the Amalgamated Meat Cutters and Butcher Workmen of North America, AFL-CIO (AMCBW).
