Jose Abujasen and Emilio Sorzano were tried and convicted by a jury on one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and two counts of distributing cocaine and possessing cocaine with intent to distribute, violations of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
